Job Description
- Recruit, screen, interview, hire and dismiss employees as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures
- Creating strategic HR plans
- Administering compensation and benefits programs
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and reports, including responsibility for maintaining personnel records
- Acting as a liaison between upper management and employees
- Supporting the performance review process
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, etc) and takes minutes
- Ensuring compliance with local, state and federal employment laws
- Forecasting future staffing needs
Requirements:
- Graduate of Psychology or Human Resources Management
- At least 6months - 1 year of working experience is required for this position.
