Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations (for all companies under the group):

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and support overall HR functions across all entities.
  • Handle employees' issues, enquiries, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure proper document management, filing, and HR records maintenance.

2. Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Manage staff onboarding processes for both on-site and HQ staff (preparation of documents, system registration, induction).
  • Handle staff exit procedures including clearance, return of assets, and exit documents.

3. Employment Lifecycle Management:

  • Manage staff probation, confirmation, increment, and contract renewal processes.
  • Prepare and issue HR-related letters including offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, termination, relieving, experience certificates, and others as required.
