We are seeking a reliable, strategic, and structured HR & Organizational Development Manager to lead recruitment rigor, performance systems, KPI tracking, leadership development, and organizational growth across our operations-driven IT environment.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring we hire the right people ? particularly administrative staff and IT field technicians ? while also building the internal systems that support measurable performance, leadership development, succession planning, and long-term retention.

This is a leadership-tier role with direct influence on company structure, performance and culture.
