Location: Bogota, Colombia (Latin America and Caribbean Regional Hub)

Scope

CIPE is seeking a Human Resources (HR) and Compliance Manager that will play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of HR services and implement CIPE’s Risk and Compliance processes in the region, including in the areas of third-party screening, sanctions, ethics, and organizational compliance including with local labor laws. Serving as the primary HR focal point for the region, the HR and Compliance Manager will partner closely with program leadership, local office staff, and the Washington, D.C. Headquarters (HQ) HR and Legal Teams to provide operational support and contribute to the development of a consistent and compliant HR framework across the Regional Hub model.
