Hiring HRAD Associate

We are seeking a qualified HRAD Associate to support the organization's human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate has relevant HR experience, a strong background in employee relations, and knowledge of benefits administration, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day HR and administrative operations
  • Handle employee relations matters, including Notices to Explain (NTE), Incident Reports (IR), and related documentation
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain and update organization's records and other documentations
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Psychology or Behavioral Science (preferred)
  • Relevant work experience in Human Resources
  • Background in Employee Relations (NTE, IR, and related processes) <...
