Hiring HRAD Associate
We are seeking a qualified HRAD Associate to support the organization's human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate has relevant HR experience, a strong background in employee relations, and knowledge of benefits administration, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HR and administrative operations
- Handle employee relations matters, including Notices to Explain (NTE), Incident Reports (IR), and related documentation
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain and update organization's records and other documentations
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology or Behavioral Science (preferred)
- Relevant work experience in Human Resources
