Main Purpose of the Job
We are looking for a Human Resource Administrator Associate (People Shared Services Associate - Internal Title) and your responsibilities include managing HR data in Workday, including contracts, benefits, and archiving. Ensure data accuracy, report issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve employee experience and efficiency.
Responsibilities and Duties
Lifecycle Data Management: Execute all critical data changes from onboarding to off-boarding, including contract processing, profile creation, and job movements.
Operational Administration: Manage time registration, travel/expense billing, and the administration of employee benefits and leave records.
HRIS Maintenance: Maintain the HR Master Data within Workday, ensuring high data quality, accurate information flow to stakeholders, and system corrections.
Document & Digital Governance: Oversee the full archiving of personnel documents using tools like DocuSign and maintain electronic ...
