Our client is a holding company that invests in a portfolio of conventional and renewable power generation and distribution businesses, natural gas supply and distribution, infrastructure development projects, and digital businesses.

Job Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for full life-cycle recruitment i.e., liaising with the line manager about job requirements, sourcing using a variety of search methods, application screening, performing an assessment, conducting an interview, candidate selection, and hiring process.
  • Controlling and following up recruitment processes to ensure the efficient provision of employment within the appropriate timeframe.
  • Strategic sourcing partner and searching channels.
  • Preparing recruitment and ad-hoc assigned reports.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field.
