Job Description
1. Recruitment & Employment
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment (manpower request, posting, screening, interviews, job offers).
- Prepare employment contracts in accordance with the Labor Code of the Philippines.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain employee 201 files and employment records.
2. Labor Law Compliance (DOLE)
Ensure company compliance with DOLE regulations, including:
Labor Code of the Philippines
- Minimum wage, working hours, overtime, holiday & leave pay
- Statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Assist in preparing documents for DOLE inspections, audits, and reports.
- Monitor compliance with company rules, code of conduct, and internal policies.
3. Employee Relations & Discipline
- Handle employee concerns, grievances, and complaints.
