Key Responsibilities


• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes


• Maintain employee records and HR documentation


• Coordinate training and development programs


• Assist in performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes


• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters


• Administer payroll support, leave management, and benefits


• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures


• Support HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and culture

Requirements


• 1–3 years of HR experience is an added advantage


• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Good organizational and time-management abilities


• Proficient in MS Office / HR systems
