Job Description
- Handles the manpower requisition for project sites and head office.
- Prepare employment contracts, job offers, and pre-employment requirements.
- Conduct orientation for newly hired employees and site workers.
- Maintain recruitment and hiring records.
- Collect, verify, and consolidate daily time records (DTR) from project sites
- Monitor attendance, overtime, leaves, absences, and rest days
- Coordinate with payroll for salary computation and adjustments
- Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and employee concerns
- Maintain 201 files and personnel records (physical and digital)
- Update employee status, transfers, promotions, and separations
- Ensure accurate documentation for project-based and contractual employees
- Safeguard confidential employee information
