We’re looking for a Human Factors & Ergonomics Engineer to join our Control Systems team within Siemens Mobility’s Rail Infrastructure business. Based out of one of our UK office locations (Chippenham, Derby or Birmingham) for 3 days a week with flexible working 2 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of Human Factors work within live railway projects, ensuring that usability and human performance considerations are embedded into the system design and implementation.
• Supporting Human Factors Integration activities and contributing to HF management plans.
• Providing input to requirements capture with a focus on usability, workload, and human performance.
