Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct recruitment plans and post job requisitions
• Lead orientation and manage onboarding logistics
• Manage employee data records and payroll updates
• Facilitate performance management processes for teams
• Independent management of HR projects and presentations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience
• Progress towards CPHR designation is preferred
