Responsibilities

  • Design and configure customized reporting solutions to deliver real‑time insights on workforce trends, enabling strategic and data‑driven human capital decisions.
  • Leverage advanced analytics tools such as PowerBI and the broader Power Platform to interpret complex datasets and produce detailed reports that support operational and business planning.
  • Maintain data integrity by conducting audits, reviewing reports, performing regression testing, and analyzing data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and work toward timely resolution.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and provide end‑user support through training, incorporating business intelligence best practices.
  • Learn foundational processes in the Human Capital Management System (HCMS) and continuously maintain this knowledge through ongoing support.
