Job Description
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Hull Systems Engineer** to join our team working in the **Washington D.C. Navy Yard.** This position will be **Hybrid** requiring 3 days in office per week.
This position will be directly supporting the Nimitz (CVN68) and Ford (CVN78) Class Aircraft Carrier Ship Design Managers (SDMs) and Hull System Engineering Manager.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Provide technical support and assess risk for technical decisions for Nimitz (CVN 68) and Ford (CVN 78) Class Ship Design Managers (SDMs) and Hull System Engineering Manager (SEM)
+ Provide engineering assessment, research, and problem resolution utilizing operational experience.
+ Provide responses to requests for technical assistance or adjudication received via letter, Departure from Specification (DFS), Liaison Action Request (LAR), Steam Plant Action Request (SPAR), Availability Work Package (AWP) Change Reque...
