Qualifications:

  • Proficient in HubSpot CRM, including contact management, deal pipelines, and reporting
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub: email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and workflows
  • Knowledge of HubSpot Sales Hub tools for lead management and automation
  • Understanding of HubSpot CMS is a plus
  • Familiarity with other tools like Google Analytics, social media platforms, and marketing automation software
  • Can work part-time EST hours
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot Administration: Configure, maintain, and optimize the CRM, including custom properties and user permissions.
  • Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated marketing and sales workflows.
