Job Description

Hi — we're looking to hire a HubSpot specialist to help us clean up lead source tracking and build reliable attribution reports.
What we need help with:
*Reporting / attribution: Create HubSpot reports (dashboards) that clearly show how many leads are coming from Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and other sources (e.g., Referral, Sales Rep, etc.).
*Data quality / required fields: Make sure that when a new Contact or Company is created in HubSpot, the Lead Source field is not left blank (i.e., required and consistently populated).
*Improve Walk-in tracking: If Lead Source is set to Walk-in, require the user to select a sub-source from a dropdown (e.g., Google, Facebook, Referral, Sales Rep) so we can report accurately.
*Automation / enforcement: Set up the necessary workflows, validation rules, and/or properties so the Lead Source is consistently captured and standardized.
Goal: Accurate reporting on where leads come from, with clean data and minimal manual errors.
