HubSpot Onboarding & Training Specialist


Whitman Advisory helps U.S. CPA firm owners navigate the biggest decisions of their careers: mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, exit strategy, CFO solutions, and talent growth. HubSpot is the backbone of how our teams manage pipeline, campaigns, and client relationships, and we want every team member using it to its full potential.


We're looking for a HubSpot Onboarding & Training Specialist based in the Philippines who can take new users from zero to confident, and take existing users from basic to advanced. This role is about enablement, not admin work: your job is to make sure our teams actually know how to use HubSpot well, adopt it consistently, and get more value out of it over time.
