About the Role
We're a US-based company looking for a HubSpot Implementation Specialist to lead a full, ground-up implementation of our HubSpot instance. We currently have 27 HubSpot users and access to all HubSpot modules (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, Operations), and we want to implement HubSpot's full capabilities — not just the basics.
You'll be working closely with our 20-person team based in the Philippines, who will be the primary users of the system, so clear communication and a collaborative approach are essential.

This role does not require you to leave your current job. The schedule is flexible — we care about the work getting done and about reasonable overlap with our Philippines-based team for training and communication, not about fixed hours.
