HubSpot CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist (Remote)

The Role

We're looking for a proactive, commercially aware HubSpot CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to take ownership of our HubSpot ecosystem.

This is not a reactive support role. You'll be hands-on, responsible for cleaning up technical debt, building scalable CRM architecture, elevating automation sophistication, and ensuring HubSpot functions as a reliable growth engine.

You'll work closely with the Head of Acquisition and Digital Marketing Manager, with a strong focus on operational excellence first, optimisation second.
