HubSpot Analyst (Operations Analyst)
Are you passionate about marketing automation, campaign building, and optimizing digital performance? We're looking for a hands-on HubSpot Analyst who enjoys building workflows, testing ideas, and improving marketing and sales processes through data-driven execution.
What You'll Do
Campaign & Asset Creation
Build email campaigns, workflows, and nurturing sequences in HubSpot
Create and publish landing pages, forms, and CTAs
Manage lists, segmentation, and lead scoring (as directed)
Implement A/B testing across emails and landing pages
Content Execution
Ensure content is optimized for SEO using HubSpot tools
CRM & Database Support
Maintain data hygiene, update contact records, and audit lists
Ensure proper tagging and tracking of leads across campaigns
Technical & Operational Support
Assist with integrations, tracking codes, and analytics setup
Ensure assets follow brand guidelines and email best practices...
