  • Process Optimization: Configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the HubSpot CRM system to enhance sales and marketing processes.

  • Lead Management: Working with existing company leads and potentially self-generating new leads.

  • Sales and Service Support: Documenting customer interactions and supporting sales and maintenance scheduling functions.
