Job Description
The role will focus on execution and continuous improvement , including:
- Day‑to‑day operational support across customer support, success, sales and finance
- Creating, maintaining, and improving SOPs, workflows, and internal documentation
- Supporting and maintaining CRM and ticketing systems, with hands‑on HubSpot experience required
- Performing QA checks, data hygiene, and basic reporting
- Supporting product launches and process changes with a strong improvement mindset
Ideal candidate profile:
- 3+ years of experience in operations, support operations, or service enablement
- Proven experience driving process improvements in a high‑volume, fast‑moving environment
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (CRM, tickets, workflows, reporting)
