Hub Supervisor - Last Mile, SPX Express (Johor)

Job Description

• Pre-plan the sorters/drivers shift arrangement and duty rosters to achieve high efficiencies of the hub
• Delegate tasks for sorters/drivers based on the operation requirements to ensure timely deliveries
• Manage inventory and receive inbound parcels from the linehaul team (maintain high level of 5S - Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
• Prepare and perform internal reporting and data analysis to support management’s decision making
• Monitor sorters/driver’s performance to achieve targeted KPI with high level of customer service provided to the customers
• Ensure the high compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection

Requirements

• Candidates currently based at Johor are encouraged to apply
