This role will involve leading the effective management, maintenance, and compliance of Corby school sites, ensuring safe, secure, and well-maintained environments and driving consistency, efficiency, and best practice across all locations.

• Ensure compliance and safety by leading statutory maintenance, health & safety, and compliance programmes across all schools, ensuring legal and policy requirements are consistently met.
