Hub Operations Shift Manager

Hub Operations is a unique department which is key to the successful organ donation process. We operate to match and allocate donor organs for the UK and Republic of Ireland. Dealing with consultants, Recipient Coordinators and Specialist Nurses across the Country.

As a Hub Operations Shift Manager, you will be working with a team of Organ Allocation Specialist to provide a 24/7 effective, efficient, accurate and reliable service to our stakeholders.

You will be responsible for managing, monitoring and developing the team, and managing the shift to ensure correct process is followed. This is also a logistical role to ensure retrieval teams are available for donations to proceed.You will also undertake other managerial and supervisory tasks as required to support and maintain the service provision to the agreed standards.
