Hub Operations Manager
Starting salary - £32k
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (flexible working required to meet the needs of a
demanding client. (This will include weekends/evenings)
Reports to: Director
Roles & Responsibilities:
To provide senior leadership and support to the Northern Hub, this will require the management, leadership and control of a team of Contract Consultants based in the Northern Hub in Barnsley.
Deliver the highest levels of operational support to all the sites aligned to the Hub, this should include but not be limited to:
Operational fulfilment, how to maintain/improve where

Forward planning – ensuring delivery of a clear build profile for each location 8 weeks prior to any peak uplift.
Maintain close working relationships with all warehouse staff across each location using the tools available
