• Continuously monitoring competitor applications (pricing, availability, service conditions) and recording evidence for internal analysis
• Conducting field research by directly interacting with drivers in strategic areas (airports, high-demand locations, driver hotspots)
• Gathering qualitative insights from drivers through interviews and other conversations
• Running operational experiments and pilot programs defined by the operations team
