- 12+ years of hands-on experience with Huawei network systems and architecture
- Proven expertise in system integration across Huawei network platforms
- Deep understanding of telecommunications network architecture (Core, Transport, RAN)
- Experience integrating RAN solutions into existing network infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, interfaces, and integration points
- Ability to work independently in overseas locations with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong documentation and communication capabilities
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with RAN troubleshooting and log analysis
- Huawei certifications (HCIE, HCIP, or equivalent)
- Experience with 4G/5G network integration projects
