Job Description

The HSTC (High Stakes Test Center) Operations Coordinator - China Based plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of High-Stakes Test Centers (HSTCs).

Reporting to High Stakes Test Centre Management Team Leader, the role involves working with partners, managing schedules, ensuring compliance, and providing the necessary tools and processes for efficient exam delivery. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication are essential to maintaining high-quality standards.

As a HSTC (High Stakes Test Center) Operations Coordinator - China Based your tasks will include the following:

  • Coordinate scheduling across the HSTC network, reviewing upcoming availability and capacity requirements.
  • Collaborate with Workforce Management team on Speaking Examiners’ allocation forecast.
  • Monitor the utilization of HSTCs and recommend adjustments or expansions based on demand.
