  • Handle updates, documentation, audits, and licensing.
  • Gather HSSEQ data and report monthly to Management and clients.
  • Implement controls as per management system.
  • Inspect terminals to ensure compliance with laws and standards.
  • Coordinate HSSEQ-related communication with clients.
  • Perform audits, assessments, and safety follow-ups.
  • Manage and resolve safety incidents and issues.
  • Provide HSSEQ training and manage monthly safety meetings.
  • Manage site security and collaborate with security providers.
  • Maintain safety equipment with vendor collaboration.
  • Conduct routine fire safety checks and drills.
