Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • The Ergonomic Engineer is responsible for designing, evaluating, and improving work systems, tools, and environments to optimize human performance, health, safety, and productivity.
  • This role applies ergonomic principles, human factors engineering, and data‑driven risk assessment methods to reduce musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), improve employee well‑being, and support operational excellence.
  • The Ergonomic Engineer works cross‑functionally with operations, engineering, health and safety, and human resources to embed ergonomics into workplace design and continuous improvement initiatives.

What is required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
