Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the HSET Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support across HSE, Training, Quality and Compliance functions

  • Managing safety and training systems such as STEMS (or similar), including user profiles, data entry and reporting

  • Maintaining HSE documentation, registers and records (incidents, hazards, corrective actions, audits, inspections)

  • Supporting incident and hazard reporting, tracking actions and maintaining evidence

  • Assisting with weekly and monthly HSE reports, dashboards and KPI tracking

  • Coordinating HSE communications such as safety alerts, prestart packs and toolbox materials
