Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the HSET Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Providing administrative support across HSE, Training, Quality and Compliance functions

Managing safety and training systems such as STEMS (or similar), including user profiles, data entry and reporting

Maintaining HSE documentation, registers and records (incidents, hazards, corrective actions, audits, inspections)

Supporting incident and hazard reporting, tracking actions and maintaining evidence

Assisting with weekly and monthly HSE reports, dashboards and KPI tracking

Coordinating HSE communications such as safety alerts, prestart packs and toolbox materials

Supporting training and competency administration, including licences, VOCs, matrices and expiry tracking
