HSE Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the site-level HSE Management System in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Ensure that all site activities align with regulatory standards and project safety plans.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Work Method Statements (WMS) and Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) procedures.
• Maintain an organized master list of safety documentation, including reports, permits, training records, and procedural guidelines, ensuring they are readily accessible for audits and reporting.
• Identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement in HSE initiatives.
• Review and verify weekly and monthly HSE reports, ensuring compliance with both client and company standards.
• Investigate site incidents, accidents, and non-conformance events, providing comprehensive reports and actionable recommendations.
