HSE & Security Manager

Defines and sets up the Facility Management HSE and Security strategy and procedures.

Ensures that the HSE and Security Management policies and procedures are understood and enforced on site.

Captures and analyzes security metrics, providing input and recommendations regarding staffing requirements, resource allocation, technology planning, maturity initiatives, etc.

Monitors and tracks personnel training and certification, conference attendance, and other people-focused investments.

Arranges regular meetings with leadership, contractors and subcontractors to capture site requirements and develop intermediate solutions to meet the need.
