Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend practical control measures
  • Develop and implement effective HSE training programs tailored to the specific needs of employees and contractors
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations, ensuring adherence to local and international standards
  • Investigate incidents and near‑misses thoroughly, compiling reports and recommending corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is essential
  • NEBOSH or IOSH certification is highly preferred to demonstrate industry‑recognized competence
  • Minimum of 3‑5 years of relevant experience in HSE roles within construction, manufacturing, or oil and gas sectors
