Job Description

We are seeking an HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental management for the Terminal 6 Substructure Works package at King Salman International Airport (KSIA), Riyadh. Given the scope of mass earthworks, deep excavation, and extensive reinforced concrete works across a large, multi-contractor site, this role carries significant responsibility for embedding a strong safety culture in a genuinely high-risk construction environment. You will develop and implement the project HSE plan covering all substructure activities, conduct regular site inspections and audits, and lead incident investigations when required, ensuring lessons learned are fed back into site practices promptly.
