Responsibilities

for the HSE Manager:

- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and audit frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with NEBOSH/OSHA/ISO 45001 and international HSE standards.
- Lead safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
- Conduct risk assessments and accident investigations.
- Coordinate with clients and regulatory authorities on compliance matters.

Requirements for the HSE Manager:

  • 10+ years' experience in HSE management, with at least 5 years in international road/highway construction or maintenance projects outside MENA.
  • Experience working on performance based contracts (PBC)
  • Recognized HSE qualification (NEBOSH Diploma, OSHA, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of road safety systems and traffic management.
  • Proven leadership in multicultural project environments.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
