In your pivotal role as HSE Manager, you will implement and lead comprehensive HSE programs. Collaborating with leaders, you will foster accountability for safety performance and compliance with Alberta OHS standards. You’ll be instrumental in managing incident investigations, ensuring proper training, and driving cultural change in safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as on-site HSE leader and trusted advisor
• Implement and sustain effective HSE programs
• Ensure compliance with Alberta OHS regulations
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action planning
• Conduct training sessions and promote safety engagement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
• 5+ years of HSE experience in industrial settings
