- Coordinate all training of employees on site.

- Ensure all health & safety reps conduct a monthly H&S rep inspection of their work areas.

- Ensure that any person who is suspected to be under the influence of intoxicating substances is tested and the appropriate disciplinary action is taken against that employee if necessary.
