  • Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08 and environmental regulations—waste, emissions, water,

  • Manage environmental permits, compliance requirements, and documentation

  • Develop, implement, and update the HSE management system (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)

  • Monitor environmental impacts and HSE KPIs, preparing periodic reports for management

  • Coordinate internal and external audits and liaise with regulatory bodies and competent authorities

  • Manage risk assessments, incidents, near misses, and non-conformities, defining corrective and preventive actions

  • Promote initiatives for continuous improvement, sustainability, and reduction of environmental impacts

  • Coordinate and deliver HSE training for staff
