As part of our national HSE business partnering team, you’ll play a pivotal role in coaching leaders, driving continuous improvement, and embedding effective risk management practices across our operational environment. What You’ll Do

  • Partner with and coach operational leaders to strengthen HSE capability and safety leadership.
  • Facilitate risk assessments and monitor the effectiveness of critical controls.
  • Support the delivery of Pacific National’s key HSE strategic initiatives.
