**Job Description Summary**
HRSD Process Lead is responsible to provide first class operation support for ASC operational teams. HRSD Process Lead is also required to support management of BD in creation and execution of the business strategy within HR field. This role, as part of BD retain organization, has an objective of being a bridge between local BD stakeholders and ASC Genpact operational teams, to continue to provide positive customer experience and partnership with HR in EMEA Region.
