HRO: Presales/Solution Architect

Outpace Consulting Services is seeking a seasoned HRO Presales/Solution Architect for a leading ITES company. This role is instrumental in supporting Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) sales by crafting bespoke HR solutions and driving client engagement. You'll participate in RFx responses, lead client workshops and due diligence, and effectively showcase HR service capabilities. The ideal candidate will combine deep HR domain knowledge (especially in Talent Acquisition) with significant presales expertise, along with strong communication, commercial acumen, and collaboration skills.
