  • Perform customer service functions by answering customer requests and ad hoc questions.
  • Implement and ensure adherence to security and data standards.
  • Ensure system testing is performed according to testing policy and standards.
  • Provide first-line support on the system after completion of the implementation project.
  • Troubleshoot system errors.
  • Advise client's business and core application team in utilizing HR Avenue features and supported functionalities.
  • Follow up on unresolved issues via online support system and ensure resolution within agreed SLA.
