Job Description
We are seeking an experienced freelancer or agency that already possesses a ready-made HRMS (Human Resource Management System). This project does not involve developing a system from scratch. Instead, the selected candidate will customize their existing HRMS to align with our detailed requirements.
Key Requirements
Must have an existing HRMS with source code or full administrative control
Ability to customize the system according to specified requirements
A functional demo is required prior to final confirmation
Must be prepared to proceed immediately following demo approval
Scope of Work
1. Employee Management
Employee profile creation, editing, activation, and deactivation
Role-based access (Admin / HR / Employee)
Management of personal, job, and contact details
Profile photo upload with JPG/PNG validation
Secure employee document upload (PDF/JPG/PNG with configurable size limits)
Role-based document access control
