HRIS Training Analyst (Workday & ServiceNow)
Location: BGC, Taguig (Hybrid)
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 DaysWFH, 3 days RTO)
Shift: Mid Shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HRIS Training Analyst to support the design, development, and delivery of training programs for global HR systems, with a strong focus on ServiceNow . This role partners with global HR stakeholders to ensure employees receive engaging, high‑quality learning experiences that support HR technology adoption and business transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience creating learning solutions from scratch, facilitating instructor‑led and virtual training sessions, and supporting HR system implementations or enhancements.
