HRIS Time Systems Analyst

About the Role

LIXIL is seeking an experienced
HRIS Time Systems Analyst (internally known as HRIS Application Specialist)
to support and enhance the stability, performance, and efficiency of its HR systems. We are looking for someone with strong experience with
Workforce Software TAM or SAP HCM Time
to drive the stability and efficiency of our HR systems. You will independently configure, troubleshoot, and optimize HRIS environments, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring data integrity with minimal supervision.

This role offers the opportunity to work on global HRIS initiatives within a complex, international environment, taking ownership of system configuration, support, and continuous improvement.
