Sprout HRIS Administrator – Onboarding

Location: Remote (Philippines-based)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-focused Sprout HRIS Administrator – Onboarding to manage the accurate setup, maintenance, and administration of employee data within the Sprout HRIS platform.

This role plays a key part in supporting end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for employees under EOR and offshore employment models. You will act as the primary HR owner of Sprout system configuration, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with Philippine statutory requirements, and a smooth onboarding experience for both internal stakeholders and clients.

The role also involves training and enabling clients to effectively use Sprout for employee data management, leave, attendance, and HR reporting.
