HRIS Solutions Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting integrations and system administration across Workday, UKG, and Boomi for a healthcare client. Your expertise in hands-on integration development and system administration will play a critical role in the successful implementation and hosting of workflows. The engagement starts as a contract role with the potential for conversion to a full-time salaried position, allowing you to leverage your skills in a flexible remote environment.

• Design, build, test, and support integrations across Workday, UKG, and third-party systems.
• Build and modify Workday → UKG integrations using Boomi.
• Serve as UKG System Administrator, configuring pay rules, work rules, and pay codes.
