Job Description

The Senior HRIS Analyst provides support and maintenance of the Human Resource Management System (Workday) as well as other HR related systems. This position serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. This position also facilitates and leads major HRIS-based projects in line with the overall HR goals and Project Plans Translate business objectives and user needs into clearly written functional requirements.

  • Partner with business in the design, building, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting of system enhancements and release upgrades
